Rise n’ Ride Smoothie Recipe

Ingredient list:

  • 2 large dates
  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 7.5ml mixed seeds
  • 60ml oats
  • 8-10 almonds
  • 1-2 ice blocks
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 100ml water (Or more if needed)
  • Pinch of Kalahari rock salt/Himalayan pink salt
  • Squeeze of honey

Method:
Place frozen items in the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients, blend until creamy and enjoy!
