Peanut Butter Blast Smoothie

Ingredient list:

  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 7.5ml protein powder
  • 7.5ml Sugar free Peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
  • Squeeze of honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 50ml water – More if needed

Method:
Place frozen items in the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients, blend until creamy and enjoy!
