Passion4Wholeness Low Carb High Fat Meals

There are two products in this range:

Pure Cacao OR Turmeric & Cinnamon LCHF

Both products are Vegan and  Gluten free. They contains no preservatives, sugar, salt or trans-fat. The recipe is made up of mixed nuts (Macadamia, cashew and almonds), almond flakes, seeds (pumpkin, sunflower and chia) as well as freeze-­‐dried coconut and dried berries (goji and cranberries).

Every Ingredient has a reason:

  • Turmeric: natural anti-­‐inflammatory and very good for your joints.
  • Cinnamon:     has many health benefits but the most important one is, that it plays a major role in assisting a constant blood sugar level and thus very good for diabetics.
  • Chia seeds: have been found to makes you very satiated and it is high in Omega 3 oil as
  • well as proteins and were used by the Incas to keep hunger away for days.
  • Coconut: contains essential fat that is very important in weight loss and energy.
  • Nuts / Seeds: contain essential omega 3 fats.


Passion4Wholeness Muesli

A healthy balanced breakfast that will give you a  sustained blood sugar level, because it contains all 3 food groups (protein, carbohydrates and essential fats). Our mueli is 100% is all raw and wheat free. You can enjoy it with milk, yoghurt, fruit juice or just plain water. For a softer option: simply soak in water for 5 minutes.

  • Whole rolled oats: Low glycemic carbohydrate for sustained energy.
  • Raisins: High glycemic carbohydrate for quick energy release.
  • Raw and flaked almonds: Good source of protein and essential fat.
  • Freeze-dried coconut: Source of MCT fats which the body changes into energy and also contains antiviral, anti-fungal and antibacterial properties.
  • Pumpkin seeds: a good source of protein, essential fat and fiber.
  • Linseed: A good source of omega 3 fatty acids which assist cell function.
  • Cranberries: Builds up the immune system and helps kidney function.
  • Cinnamon: assist with your blood sugar level and proven to be very good for diabetes.

Passion4Wholeness Oats Porridge “with a twist”

You will never eat ordinary oats after you have tasted the Passion4Wholeness, “twisted” oats porridge…simply a unique play on oats as we know it! Cook it like normal oats porridge, in water (1:3  ratio oats to water) for about 10 minutes, but expect a whole new taste sensation when you eat it. It is not only full of delicious twists, but way superior in nutritious value to just plain oats. A helping of this porridge will give you a far longer sustained energy and satiety than plain oats porridge.

Passion4Wholeness 4 Active People

This Passion4Wholeness product is low GI, Gluten free and can be eaten as a quick breakfast on the run with milk or yoghurt or mixed into a smoothie to add essential fat and protein. It has an easy to eat consistency as it is made up of grounded Macadamia nuts, fine, dried coconut, chia seed, cranberries, soya milk powder and whey protein, which makes it an excellent sportsman’s meal.

RECIPE idea:

Flourless bread or rusks. Mix 500 g 4 Active People with 250 ml plain yoghurt or smooth cottagecheese. Spread it out on a 2cm deep baking pan and bake at 180 degrees
