• 1 or 2 large dates (Soaked in hot water for 2 mins)
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Maca powder
  • 8-10 almonds
  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 1 ice block
  • Shake of cinnamon
  • Shake of Kalahari rock salt/Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ cup water (More if needed)


Place frozen items in blender first, and then add the rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth, pour into a cup, top with some extra superfoods such as Cacao nibs and enjoy.
