- 1 large date (Soaked in hot water for 2 mins)
- 1 tablespoon Goji berries
- 8-10 almonds
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 1 ice block
- Shake of Kalahari rock salt/Himalayan pink salt
- ½ cup water (More if needed)
Place frozen items in blender first, and then add the rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth, pour into a cup, top with some extra Goji berries and enjoy!
