Go Berry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredient list:

  • 1 large date (Soaked in hot water for 2 mins)
  • 1 tablespoon Goji berries
  • 8-10 almonds
  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 1 ice block
  • Pinch of Kalahari rock salt/Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ cup water (More if needed)

Method:
Place frozen items in blender first, and then add the rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth, pour into a cup, top with some extra Goji berries and enjoy!
