- 2 large dates
- ½ cup spinach packed tightly
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 1 heaped teaspoon chia seeds
- 8-10 almonds
- 1-2 ice blocks
- 100ml water (Or more if needed)
- Pinch of Kalahari rock salt/Himalayan pink salt
Place frozen items in blender first, and then add the rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth, if the mixture is too thick add a bit more water and keep blending, pour into a cup, top with some extra Almonds, maybe some chia seeds, and enjoy!
