Carrot Cake Smoothie Recipe

Ingredient list:

  • 4 small pieces carrot
  • 8-10 almonds
  • 2 dates
  • small piece of ginger
  • dash of cinnamon
  • Pinch of Kalahari rock salt/Himalayan pink salt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 50ml water – Add more if needed
  • 3 ice cubes

Method:
Place frozen items in the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients, blend until creamy and enjoy!
